We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was wery welcoming and friendly and made sure to accomodate any request we had. They also told us how to get around the city and how to use different means of transport. They even alowed me to sing opera in the hotel and made sure I felt comfortable. The room was incredibly clean and cosy, and the beds were comfortable. The lovely cleaning ladies made sure to replace the coffee,water, cookies, and toilletries every day. The breakfast was diverse, with lots of options for those who are vegan, gluten free, dairy free. The hotel is located in a very safe, lively area of Paris. There is a big metro station 2 minutes away (Republique) and there are lots of metro lines that can take you anywhere. There are lots of cafes, restaurants near by. The hotel also offers room service.

All of them -- from the reception, housekeeping, dining room -- were very helpful, responsive, and with positive attitudes in interacting with guests. This is highly appreciated. The hotel location is also very convenient to places that we wanted to visit. It was near bus stops and metro stations, as well as to restaurants and other conveniences. We also thought very well of the facilities. The room amenities were of high standards, and we appreciated the daily cleaning. The amenities in the lobby, such as reading materials, proximity to the dining room, helped make our stay a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Loved everything about my stay at Le General. The room: was up there with the 4* standards, clean, spacious, well lit with natural light, not to mention, a coffee machine in the room as well. The Location: was perfect for me, in one of the coolest places in Paris (Les Marais). The Staff: one of the best I dealt with ever. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, really made me feel like home. The free drinks and pastries were a surprise bonus and a delight. They also had a gold little toy duck 🦆 in the room, and they wanted me to have it for my daughter. 😻 Thank You ! Overall for me this was one of the best experiences with a hotel and its staff I had. Mercy Beaucoup !

Hotel is in a great location really close to the Metro with lots of bars, bistro and restaurants very close too. The hotel is small but in a very good way. The entrance lobby is fun and really welcoming. Reception team were excellent and super friendly and helpful. They have a bar/kitchen are too where breakfast is also served, the space is really well designed and feels really nice to be in, it's immaculately clean too. Breakfast was included in my rate and the self service choice was superb for a continental with the bonus of some hot eggs, bacon and sausage too. Room was a nice size and design, bed comfortable, great shower. Would definitely stay here again.

The manager in time of my check-in offered me welcome drink champagne (he also spoke a little bit on my native language, Russian, it was so nice). Room was clean, had everything you need – tea, nespresso, water, and Marshall Bluetooth speaker! Umbrellas on the reception for guests Loccitane soap, bath gel and shampoo Shower works perfectl Water pressure was good The hot bath after cold weather was also a plus
